The workouts for our 8 week Healthy Habits Adventure are posted in links below. I will add them as we go along. They are for participants of the Adventure only. Per our conversation you will do either 1, 2 or 3 of these workouts per week. Go at your pace and ease into it. If you can’t do an exercise just keep moving! Always do the warm up before the workout and the cool down after.
